Individual therapy or psychotherapy involves working one-on-one with a therapist to plan and create positive changes in your life. This connection is personal and facilitates the support required to accomplish transformation and healing. The Main Difference between Therapy and Coaching:

Therapy exists in a strict set of ethical guidelines that are regulated by a license to practice and maintained by Masters or Doctorate degree, and proper advancement of the education. This set of ethical guidelines allows a person to have a safe space to address the most difficult, traumatic and distressing aspects of their lives with proper guidance and support to know how to help someone through and to heal their past.
