The Main Difference between Therapy and Coaching:
Coaching usually is done with someone who has a level of functioning that is beyond therapy. They are able to function, have success, accomplishments in areas of their lives but need a little extra help learning how to change habits, patterns or negative beliefs that are interfering with the next step in progress for their lives. A person who would benefit from coaching already has a clear idea of where they want to go, they are just unsure how to get there on their own. Coaching usually is done with in specific area such as (business, success, personal growth, etc.) and is hyper focused on that one area, where as therapy focuses on exploration, and discovery of the unknown.
